Dr Singh has completed his PhD in 1994 from Indian Institute of Banaras (BHU) in optical
communication. In 1995 joined as a lecturer in BITS-Pilani where he was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2003. Later he has joined Multimedia University Malaysia in 2005 as Senior Lecturer and later promoted as Associate Professor. At present he is working as Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIIT University-Neemarana Rajasthan India. He is Fellow of IETE India and Senior Member of IEEE. He has served in many national and international conferences. He has guided many PhDs and Master and lead as PI in external grant. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals and National/International conferences. At present he is working on the design of Herbal Battery as Next Gen Battery.
