Chengao Yang received his Ph.D degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joined the Institute of Semiconductors. Chinese Academy of Sciences as associate researcher in 2020. He has long been engaged in the molecular beam epitaxy growth of infrared low-dimensional semiconductor materials, the research of advanced compound semiconductor micro-nano technology and the development of infrared laser and detectors
